About the role

The LEGO Group is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Customer Service Representative to join our Brand Retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience when visiting our LEGO Brand Retail Stores. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome all guests with a friendly and positive attitude - Assist guests with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Participate in store merchandising and inventory management - Contribute to a positive team culture and work collaboratively with colleagues Requirements: - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a great guest experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
