</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.</li>
<li>Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging interactions.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.</li>
<li>Monitor and document children's progress and behavior.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development.</li>
<li>Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Passion for education and a nurturing demeanor.</li>
