</div><div>As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages <strong>12–24 months</strong>, supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires <strong>strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork</strong> to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Create a <strong>safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment</strong>
</li>
<li>Maintain <strong>active supervision and ratio compliance at all times</strong>
</li>
<li>Follow all <strong>health, safety, and sanitation procedures</strong>
</li>
<li>Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with families and team members</li>
<li>Support a <strong>positive, respectful team culture</strong>
</li>
<li>Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation</li>
</ul><div><strong> Qualifications: </strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience working with toddlers (12–24 months preferred)</li>
<li>Colorado Shines (PDIS Credential 3.0: Level 2 or higher</li>
<li>CPR/1st Aid Qualified </li>
<li>EQIT Preferred, or willingness to obtain </li>
<li>CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or willingness to obtain</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>health & safety standards</strong>
</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children</li>
<li><strong>Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)</strong></li>
</ul><div><strong>This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Struggle with attendance or frequently call out</li>
<li>Bring negativity, gossip, or conflict into the workplace</li>
<li>Have difficulty following policies or working as part of a team</li>
<li>Are not comfortable in a structured, accountable environment</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Background check clearance (required)</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire)</li>
<li>Ability to meet state licensing requirements</li>
