<li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.</li>
<li>Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.</li>
<li>Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and daily activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration.</li>
<li>Observe and assess children's development and behavior regularly.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Passion for early childhood education and child development.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Creative mindset with a focus on engaging and interactive learning.</li>
<li>Background check clearance required prior to employment.</li>
