</div><div>The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom environment focused on early learning and kindergarten readiness.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through engaging routines and hands-on activities.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Support daily preschool classroom routines and activities </li>
<li> Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences </li>
<li> Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Guide children through learning centers, meals, and transitions </li>
<li> Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates </li>
<li> Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership </li>
<li> Follow Michigan licensing and safety requirements </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> High school diploma or GED required </li>
<li> Prior preschool or childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong classroom support and communication skills </li>
