</div><div>The Learning Experience – River Vale is seeking a dependable Preschool Teacher to support a structured classroom serving children ages 3–5. This role focuses on helping children build confidence, independence, and early academic skills through engaging daily routines and hands-on learning experiences.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative teaching environment and supporting children as they prepare for kindergarten readiness.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities for preschool-aged children </li>
<li> Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional development </li>
<li> Guide children through daily routines including learning centers, meals, and rest time </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and progress </li>
<li> Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership </li>
<li> Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> High school diploma or GED required </li>
<li> Prior preschool or childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong classroom support and communication skills </li>
<li> Reliable and team-oriented approach to teaching </li>
<li> Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements </li>
