<strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic <strong>Lead Teacher</strong> to join our growing Zephyrhills team! As a Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to guide your own classroom and inspire children to <em>Learn, Play, and Grow.<br></em><br>

<strong>As a Lead Teacher, You Will:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead your assigned classroom with confidence and creativity, implementing the <strong>L.E.A.P.® Curriculum</strong> designed to support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Use our <strong>beloved TLE characters</strong> to make learning engaging and meaningful.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Design daily lesson plans and maintain child progress documentation.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication and parent conferences.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ensure classroom compliance with <strong>DCF standards, health, and safety requirements.<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Mentor and guide Assistant Teachers to maintain consistency and excellence.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and joyful atmosphere where children feel safe and confident.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood classroom.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li>

<li>Active CDA credential (or willingness to obtain)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Completion <strong>DCF 45-hour training</strong>
</li>
</ul><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Meet all state licensing and <strong>Level 2 fingerprinting</strong> requirements.<ul><li>
