<br><strong>As a Preschool Curriculum Coordinator at The Learning Experience, You Will:</strong><br><br>

<li>Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.</li>
<li>Ensure lesson plans align with state early childhood learning standards and licensing requirements implementing our proprietary curriculum.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teachers to create engaging weekly and monthly classroom activities </li>
<li>Observe classrooms regularly and provide coaching, mentoring, and instructional support</li>
<li>Monitor curriculum effectiveness and child developmental progress</li>
<li>Organize and lead teacher trainings, workshops, and professional development sessions </li>
<li>Maintain curriculum materials, educational resources, and classroom supplies </li>
<li>Support classroom management strategies and positive behavior guidance practices </li>
<li>Communicate with parents regarding curriculum goals, child development, and school readiness </li>
<li>Assist with accreditation preparation and compliance documentation as needed </li>
<li>Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and curriculum development</li>
<li>Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.</li>

<li>Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).</li>
<li>Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.</li>
<li>Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.</li>
