This role includes competitive compensation ($90,000–$120,000) and comprehensive benefits for a qualified candidate holding a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field and necessary state certifications (S95, FO7, FOOD HANDLER)</div><div><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Leadership:</strong> Lead by example with passion, creating an inclusive and trusting environment.</li>

<strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure the center adheres to all health and safety, local, and state licensing regulations.</li>

<strong>Staff Management:</strong> Recruit, train, coach, and engage a high-quality team of educators.</li>

<strong>Curriculum Implementation:</strong> Guide teachers in delivering the proprietary <a href="https://thelearningexperience.com/programs/">L.E.A.P.® curriculum</a>, using interactive characters.</li>
<li>
<strong>Business Operations:</strong> Drive enrollment growth, family retention, and efficient operations (e.g., managing P&L, payroll). </li>
