<br><strong>As a Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.</li>
<li>Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.</li>
<li>Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.</li>
<li>Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.</li>
<li>Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.</li>

<li>Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).</li>
<li>Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.</li>
<li>Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.</li>
