<li>Support daily center operations alongside the Center Director</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and inspire teachers and staff</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families and the community</li>
<li>Help drive enrollment through tours and local marketing</li>
<li>Ensure licensing compliance and operational excellence</li>
<li>Create a fun, collaborative, and thriving learning environment</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Must currently meet Virginia “Program Director” requirements</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred (ECE, Child-Related Field, Business, or Marketing)</li>
<li>Childcare leadership or management experience required</li>
<li>Knowledge of state licensing regulations</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
