<li>Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li>
<li>State certification or licensure as a Preschool Teacher is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and parents.</li>
<li>Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.</li>
<li>Ability to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.</li>
<li>Background check clearance as required by state regulations.</li>
