This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports toddlers as they grow in independence, communication, and social skills.<br><br> </div><div>Our center uses a consistent, play-based approach that helps children feel secure while exploring and learning through daily routines and hands-on experiences.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate setting<br><br> </li> <li>Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
