<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with company curriculum</li>
<li>Support children’s growth through guided play and positive interactions</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom environment</li>
<li>Observe and document developmental progress</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and center leadership</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree preferred</li>
<li>1–2 years of childcare or preschool experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of early childhood development principles</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs</li>
