</div><div>At <strong>The Learning Experience® (TLE)</strong> in <strong>Midlothian, VA</strong>, we bring joy, discovery, and growth to every stage of early childhood education. Our <strong>Infant Teachers</strong> create a safe, nurturing daycare environment where babies (6 weeks–12 months) feel loved, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Provide compassionate, individualized care and attention to infants.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow each child’s feeding, diapering, and nap schedule consistently.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Implement The Learning Experience® <strong>L.E.A.P. Curriculum®</strong> to encourage curiosity and emotional development.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.<br><br>
</li>

<li>A genuine love for babies and a passion for <strong>early childhood education</strong>.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience in a <strong>childcare</strong> or <strong>daycare</strong> setting preferred.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to meet <strong>Virginia state licensing</strong> requirements for Infant Teachers, including background checks and training.<br><br>
