</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Supervise and support the care and development of infants in a safe, engaging environment.</li>
<li>Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive and social development.</li>
<li>Train, mentor, and evaluate nursery staff to ensure high-quality care and education.</li>
<li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies for health and safety.</li>
<li>Conduct regular assessments of infants’ developmental milestones and share findings with parents.</li>
<li>Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.</li>
<li>Manage daily operations of the nursery, including scheduling and resource allocation.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 years of experience in early childhood education or infant care.</li>
<li>Valid CPR and First Aid certification required.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>EQUIT certified </li>
<li>Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.</li>
<li>Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.</li>
