</div><div>The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while supporting structured routines and engaging learning experiences.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist with classroom activities and daily routines </li>
<li> Support children’s early learning and development </li>
<li> Maintain classroom organization and safety standards </li>
<li> Provide supervision during learning centers and group activities </li>
<li> Support transitions throughout the day </li>
<li> Communicate with families and teaching team members </li>
<li> Follow New Jersey licensing and safety requirements </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> High school diploma required </li>
<li> Childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Dependable and team-oriented </li>
<li> Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements </li>
