<strong>Early Childhood Teacher – Infant, Toddler, or Preschool<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Learning Experience – Cascade is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured and engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills through hands-on experiences.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with a variety of age groups in a collaborative early childhood setting.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Support daily classroom routines across multiple age groups </li>
<li> Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers </li>
<li> Encourage social-emotional development and classroom participation </li>
<li> Communicate regularly with families and team members </li>
<li> Follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> High school diploma or GED required </li>
<li> Prior childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong teamwork and communication skills </li>
<li> Reliable and nurturing approach to working with young children </li>
<li> Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements </li>
