</div><div>The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured, engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Support daily classroom routines across early childhood age groups </li>
<li> Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers </li>
<li> Support social-emotional development and classroom engagement </li>
<li> Communicate regularly with families and team members </li>
<li> Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> High school diploma required </li>
<li> Prior childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong teamwork and communication skills </li>
<li> Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements</li>
