</div><div>The Learning Experience – River Vale is seeking a dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support a structured learning environment serving children from infancy through preschool. This role focuses on helping children build independence, confidence, and early academic skills.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li> Support daily classroom routines and learning activities </li>
<li> Encourage early development through structured play and engagement </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Guide children through transitions and classroom expectations </li>
<li> Communicate regularly with families and team members </li>
<li> Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> High school diploma required </li>
<li> Childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Reliable, patient, and team-oriented </li>
<li> Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements</li>
