<br><strong>As a Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.</li>
<li>Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.</li>
<li>Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.</li>
<li>Ensure the center maintains ratios by covering in the classroom, during teacher absences and lunch breaks. </li>

<strong>Apply Now If You:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least two years of teaching experience in a center (required).</li>
<li>Hold an associates degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or CDA (preferred). High school diploma is required. </li>
<li>Demonstrate strong customer service skills and knowledge of learning standards. </li>
