</div><div>The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a reliable Childcare Teacher to support classrooms across multiple age groups. This role focuses on maintaining a positive learning environment where children develop early skills through structured routines and play-based learning.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li> Support classroom routines for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children </li>
<li> Assist with developmentally appropriate learning activities </li>
<li> Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Supervise children during activities and transitions </li>
<li> Support social and emotional development </li>
<li> Communicate professionally with families and staff </li>
<li> Follow all licensing and safety requirements </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> High school diploma required </li>
<li> Prior childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>
<li> Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements </li>
