<strong>Assistant Teacher – Early Childhood Classrooms<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a dependable Assistant Teacher to support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role helps create a structured and engaging learning environment while supporting daily routines alongside Lead Teachers.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and being part of a collaborative teaching team.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist with daily classroom routines across multiple age groups </li>
<li> Support learning activities that promote early development </li>
<li> Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment </li>
<li> Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers </li>
<li> Prepare classroom materials and assist with activities </li>
<li> Communicate professionally with families and team members </li>
<li> Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> High school diploma or GED required </li>
<li> Prior childcare experience preferred </li>
<li> Strong teamwork and communication skills </li>
<li> Reliable and patient approach to working with children </li>
<li> Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements </li>
