<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking a caring and dependable <strong>Assistant Teacher</strong> to support infant, toddler, or preschool classrooms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to grow in early childhood education.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines</li>
<li> Assist with play-based learning experiences aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum</li>
<li> Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment</li>
<li> Support children during meals, transitions, toileting, and rest time</li>
<li> Encourage positive behavior and social development</li>
<li> Communicate professionally with families and team members</li>
<li> Maintain compliance with Michigan childcare licensing standards</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li> Childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred</li>
<li> Early Childhood Education coursework or CDA a plus</li>
<li> Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices preferred</li>
<li> Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements</li>
