Research reports Finance – Research Work Financial Statement Analysis Ratio Analysis (Analysing and working on different pair of ratios of the company) Portfolio Management (Experience and exposure across a variety of sectors and investment banking products) Competitor analysis Understanding Taxation Calculations Financial Market Research In initial days of joining, we provide training and inductions to interns in field of Marketing, Finance, and HR. After completion of training, interns will be getting practical exposure for next few days. Day 1 to Day 15 – Training Phase Interns would be familiarised with the basic knowledge of corporate world and how every department work with basic information about HR, marketing, and finance. Day 15 to Day 30 – Marketing Phase Interns required to apply the training provided to them in the real world, where they have to perform their skills and learnings, work in a team and present their ideas. Also, they are given a chance to interact with the customers as well. Day 30 to Day 50 – Finance/HR Phase Interns will start their second module now as per their chosen specialization. They will be aligned with responsibilities and report work with the reporting managers. Day 50 to Day 60 Students would be winding up with the projects allotted. Report submission to company guide. Award & certification ceremony and PPO announcement. Kindly note regular feedbacks for the students from The Leading Solutions team will be share with the campus through mails and calls. Rules & Regulations Virtual Meeting Join with full name Camera should be kept on in the meeting Virtual Meeting & Physical Meeting No leaves will be granted in the first 15 days of internship. In case of any emergency kindly mail your reporting manager keeping college CRC in CC Regular reporting to manager on audio, video and physical meetings Wear proper formals even if attending virtual meetings Certification will be released with a TAT of 15-30 days from completion of internship Stipends will be released with a TAT of 45-60 days from completion of internship Offer letters once accepted would be considered finalized and candidates would need to report then as per the internship schedule. All the interns are expected to adopt email conversation as a mode of communication and document everything concerning their work. Anybody failing to do so will be solely responsible for any miscommunication if it happens.
