POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for various
kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish and pot washing, general
kitchen cleaning, and the storing of food and non-food supplies. Assist with food preparation and plating when
necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this

- Responsible
forest-up and maintenance of dish and pot washing areas.
- Responsible for
cleaning and storing all pots, dishes, and utensils.
- Clean production
equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Remove rubbish
from building on a regular basis.
- Maintain or
exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
- Follow daily and
weekly cleaning schedules.
- Practice all
safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Attend all
in-services as required.
- Perform all other
reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Educational Requirements and
Experience :
- High school
diploma or equivalent, but not necessary
- Must be able to
read and write
- Follow
instructions with a positive attitude
