QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Other:
Five years supervisory experience in quality food and beverage production
Experience in selling/marketing events mandatory
Experience in multi-tasking and delegation of duties
Basic computer skills
Culinary certification or degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Supervision of all Banquet and Kitchen Staff
Maintain efficient staffing, employee development and training, manage employee performance and enforce all company policies.
Keeps facility running as efficiently as possible
Maintains budgets and creates annual budget
Maintains all costs
Maintains all building issues
Creates effective advertising/marketing campaigns
Other job related duties as assigned

Physical:
Able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, bend and visually inspect property throughout the day
Physical strength and ability to lift, carry and put away supplies, materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Stamina sufficient to endure continuous physical effort including frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, and grasping.
Able to endure working up to 12 hour shifts to perform duties as assigned
Ability to tolerate and work with chemicals used at the property for maintenance of building
