</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Assist in food prep and storage as needed to support kitchen staff.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage dishwashing supplies and report shortages.</li>
<li>Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.</li>
<li>Adhere to all sanitation and cleaning procedures.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or chef.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.</li>
<li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills.</li>
<li>Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Food Handler's certification is a plus.</li>
