The Opportunity

We’re searching for a visionary Head of Product Development, someone who blends creative foresight with scientific rigor and commercial instinct.

This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional (18+ years of experience) ready to lead a talented team, shape our global innovation roadmap, and build the future of skincare with us.

You’ll lead from the front, inspiring, structuring, and scaling our product development engine to deliver the next generation of breakthrough innovations, all while ensuring compliance and quality across every market.

What You’ll Lead

Innovation & Vision

• Define and lead a 2–3 year global innovation pipeline, translating brand ambition into bold, consumer-driven products with solid science results

• Drive a culture of curiosity, agility, and excellence across the PD and Regulatory teams.

• Anticipate trends and guide the brand into emerging product spaces and new technologies.

Product Development Leadership

• Oversee the entire NPD lifecycle, from concept creation to global launch.

• Build and nurture relationships with existing and new suppliers to unlock innovation opportunities.

• Deliver structured processes and timelines that enable creativity with precision.

• Fast-track DTC innovation projects that respond to real-time market insights.

Regulatory & Quality Excellence

• Lead global regulatory strategy and ensure full compliance across EU, UK, North America, and APAC markets.

• Oversee Product Information Files (PIFs), certifications, and claim substantiation documentation.

• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure that every product meets our exacting global standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 20+ years of experience in product development, innovation, and regulatory leadership in beauty, personal care, or adjacent sectors.

• Proven ability to inspire, structure, and scale a high-performing team.

• Deep understanding of cosmetic and medical device regulations globally.

• Strategic mindset with the agility to execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Exceptional communicator able to influence, align, and empower cross-functional teams.
