About the role

Responsibilities Manage and organize schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments. Handle communications through email and maintain professional correspondence with clients and team members. Support data entry tasks and ensure accurate record keeping. Assist in arranging travel logistics and accommodations for team members as needed. Conduct research and assemble information for ongoing projects and initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Provide general administrative support to boost team efficiency. Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges. Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Familiarity with social media platforms is an added advantage but not required.
