Key Accountabilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for the pastry department, including staff management, training, scheduling, and inventory control
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams and other departments to enhance guest experiences, support private events, and drive overall culinary excellence
- Monitor and evaluate pastry operations through regular quality checks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience
General Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role within the pastry department of a highly regarded hotel or comparable establishment
- Possess extensive technical expertise in pastry arts, with a strong undersanding of current culinary trends and innovations
- An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
