We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Chief of Staff Office, International Wealth & Premier Banking. Principal Responsibilities Prepare high-quality briefing materials for the executive team to ensure informed decision-making and effective communication Assist in the planning and organisation of roadshows and country visits, crafting thoughtful itineraries that align with strategic priorities and optimize impact Track required regulatory filings with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring adherence to filing commitments Drive team administration by implementing processes that improve efficiency and maintain high standards of organisation Management of key actions arising from governed and ungoverned meetings Manage special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff, ensuring successful completion and alignment with strategic goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry Exposure to client-facing / business management positions will be an asset Experience or exposure to International Wealth and Private Banking (IWPB) will be an asset Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong attention to detail Ability to operate with a high level of discretion Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications You'll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
