About the role

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing compensation data and making recommendations to ensure the company's compensation practices are competitive and aligned with business objectives. This role supports the overall people strategy by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on compensation programs and practices. Responsibilities: - Conduct market analysis to identify competitive pay practices and develop compensation recommendations - Provide analytical support for new hire compensation, promotions, and annual merit increases - Partner with HR Business Partners to understand and address compensation-related questions and concerns - Assist with the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies - Maintain compensation data and reporting to support workforce planning and budgeting - Ensure compliance with applicable compensation laws and regulations - Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
