Hospitality Support Associate

Description

Hess Persson Estates is seeking a part-time Hospitality Support Associate to assist with our amazing tastings and experiences. This role is vital to the success of our Visitor’s Center and will have many opportunities to learn from our wonderful team. If you are interested in wine and passionate about customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of experience working in a luxury setting with a focus on delivering extraordinary client experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude to be client-driven and thrive in a culture of Yes.
• An energetic team player that has experience contributing towards common goals.
• Can safely lift items up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays.

This role’s compensation is anticipated to fit within the range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, knowledge and education.
