THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network.


Role Summary:

As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will support data-informed decision-making across the product organization. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product, Product Managers, and GTM teams to uncover insights that shape roadmap priorities, go-to-market timing, and competitive positioning in the Web3 enterprise space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer usage data, industry trends, and competitive movements to identify opportunities and risks for the product suite.
  • Support strategic planning processes, including market sizing, business case development, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with PMs to define and measure success metrics for key product features and launches.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that track product health, user behavior, and business KPIs.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to support roadmap prioritization and strategic investment.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product analytics, or business operations—preferably in a Web3 or tech environment.
  • Proficient in data tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and comfortable synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of blockchain technologies and B2B buyer needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
