Operations Associate

We're looking for a data-driven, process-obsessed Operations Associate to join our Underwriting Operations team. This role is central to streamlining our operational processes and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients. Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize operational processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability - Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings - Implement new technologies and tools to automate and streamline operations - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Underwriting, Risk, Finance, and Customer Success - Help establish and maintain operational KPIs and reporting - Contribute to our continuous improvement culture and act as a subject matter expert Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Familiarity with business process management, workflow optimization, and automation - Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
