<li>Develop and implement school policies and procedures</li>

<li>Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate teaching and support staff</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development</li>

<li>Implement and oversee a high-quality educational program aligned with The Goddard School curriculum</li>
<li>Ensure educational programs meet the developmental needs of all children</li>
<li>Support teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plans</li>
</ul><div>Family And Community Engagement</div><ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with enrolled and prospective families</li>
<li>Address parent concerns promptly and provide regular communication regarding each child's progress</li>

<li>Develop and manage the school's budget in partnership with the franchise owner</li>
<li>Oversee enrollment, billing and accurate financial record keeping</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education or a related field required; master's preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>An inspirational leader and team builder with a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to multitask, strategically resolve challenges and maintain a positive attitude</li>
<li>Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to lead with vision and consistency</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role</li>
<li>Working knowledge of state childcare licensing requirements and regulations</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children</li>
