<div>The Goddard School® of Chester Springs is hiring a <strong>Lead Preschool Teacher</strong> who brings both a strong educational background and a genuine passion for working with young children.<br><br>
</div><div>We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a classroom, values structure and creativity, and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead a classroom using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum</li>
<li>Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities</li>
<li>Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families through clear communication</li>
<li>Support children’s social-emotional growth using positive guidance</li>
<li>Observe and document development to guide instruction</li>
<li>Collaborate with assistant teachers and leadership</li>
<li>Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards at all times</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><div>If you are a new or experienced teacher with these qualities, we’d love to hear from you:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Five years of verified experience in childcare centers or education </li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Completion of state-required pre-service training</li>
<li>Excited to learn and grow with a strong team</li>
<li>Passionate about high-quality education for young children</li>
<li>Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers</li>
<li>Experience creating and implementing daily lesson plans</li>
<li>Strong positive classroom management skills</li>
<li>A nurturing approach that supports play-based learning<br><br>
