The Training Experience Manager is the heartbeat of the employee learning journey at The Garrett Companies. This role owns the full arc of the training and onboarding experience — from Day 1 through long-term development — ensuring every team member feels equipped, connected, and supported as they grow within the organization.
This person is the primary facilitator of training programs across all verticals and formats, and serves as a consistent, trusted touchpoint for employees throughout their first 90 days and beyond. They analyze learning needs, design and deliver curriculum, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously refine the experience based on feedback and data. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and deeply committed to people — someone who understands that a great training experience is one of the most powerful tools for retention, performance, and culture.
