Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Development and Training department.
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds as directed by manager with the exception of personal and confidential information.
- Composes and prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed by the operation.
- Performs data entry for payroll processing; tracks all time sheets, processes vacation and sick time requests for department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum six months administrative experience
- Detail oriented
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Bilingual, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting in a unionized or regulated industry.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
- Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
- Clear fingerprinting/background check.
