The orderly operation of our restaurant relies on the hard work of our dedicated dish crew. Our ware-washers not only wash dishes, pots and pans, but also ensure that the kitchen staff is well stocked with cooking equipment and that the service staff always has the clean and sanitary small wares for our guests. Ware-washers are also responsible for general cleaning, trash removal and maintaining the cleanliness of other physical property and fixtures in and about the restaurant.
