About the role
• Greet guests at their table with warmth and sincerity
• Support servers in maintaining a smooth and organized service
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently and properly
• Run food from the kitchen with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain awareness of timing, pacing, and table needs
• Maintain water service and assist with basic guest needs
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and floors clean and organized
• Stock and maintain service areas throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and management
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a respectful and accountable team environment
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stay organized and move with purpose during service
