What You'll Do: ● Executive Assistant duties ● Appointment setting ● Email management ● LinkedIn Lead generation ● Invoicing ● Travel arrangements ● Calendar management Requirements What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience): ● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role. ● Strong proficiency in calendar management and appointment setting. ● Excellent email management skills. ● Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn for lead generation. ● Proficient in invoicing procedures. ● Proven ability to coordinate and book travel arrangements. ● Exceptional organizational and time management skills. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Proficiency in using the following tools: ○ HubSpot CRM ○ Google workspace ○ ChatGPT ○ Claude ○ Kondo (Bonus) ○ Notion (Bonus)
