Experienced Project Planners will enjoy working for one of Europe's leading GC, overseeing the delivery of a hyperscale Data Centre build in Germany for a key client. Description

• Support development and maintenance of the integrated master schedule in Primavera P6
• Create and manage detailed discipline-level or work package schedules as required (CSA, MEP, commissioning, etc.)
• Load and maintain progress, actuals, quantities, and durations on a weekly basis
• Coordinate with Package Managers/subcontractors to obtain, review, and integrate their programme updates
• Highlight schedule variances and assist with delay analysis, recovery planning, and reforecasting
• Assist in developing look-ahead schedules and workfront plans (1-week, 4-week, 12-week)
  
  

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6, including schedule updates and basic reporting
• Familiarity with cost and quantity loading to P6 Schedule, and integration with BOQs or budget forecasts
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for supporting calculations, dashboards, and report formatting
• Familiar with digital project management tools (e.g., ACC/BIM 360, Power BI, SharePoint)
• 3-7 years of experience in construction planning or scheduling
• Experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure
