Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a
Maintenance Technician to optimize the reliability
and cost-effective operation of all roasting and packaging equipment. You’ll
play a key role in safeguarding product quality, minimizing downtime, assist
with production changeovers, and driving continuous improvement across our
operations.
Key
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Championed safe, reliable operation of roasting, packaging,
conveying equipment through proactive preventive and corrective maintenance
- Partnered with production and operations teams to diagnose and
resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues, minimizing downtime
- Contributed to continuous improvement efforts that strengthened
equipment reliability and supported consistent, high-quality output
- Take ownership of preventive maintenance programs, ensuring
timely execution, follow-through, and accurate documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production,
Safety, and Procurement to align maintenance activities with business objectives
and people-first goals
- Built strong working relationships with contractors, service
providers, and equipment vendors to support repairs, inspections, and
installations
- Support effective spare parts inventory management to optimize operation
efficiencies
- Promote food safety, regulatory workplace safety compliance to
foster a safe, respectful and accountable work environment
Your Ingredients
- You’re passionate about hands-on maintenance with a technical
certificate or associate degree in mechanical/electrical fields preferred.
- You embrace 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably
in food production or beverage, roasting, or distribution.
- You thrive troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
and control systems with confidence.
- You’re skilled in reading schematics, technical manuals, and
using diagnostic tools to maintain complex equipment.
- You embrace food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory
compliance as core priorities in every task.
- You have experience working with conveyors, packaging machinery,
and roasting or production equipment.
- You’re collaborative and thrive in cross-functional teams,
partnering with production, operations, and external vendors.
- You’re driven by continuous improvement, enjoy solving problems,
and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
