Senior Manager, AI Engineering & Transformation

Location: Atlanta, GA (Global HQ) - hybrid, onsite 3 days/week Estimated Travel: 0-10% Direct Reports: 3-5 OVERVIEW: This role will oversee the transformation of the AI engineering practice within the Coca-Cola Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization. The Senior Manager will drive initiatives to establish modern AI engineering best practices, deliver high-quality AI models and applications to support key business priorities, and upskill the broader IS&T team on AI development and deployment. This role will work closely with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, Global Head of AI, and other senior IS&T and business stakeholders to define and execute the AI engineering strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead a team of 3-5 AI engineers responsible for building, deploying and monitoring enterprise-scale AI applications. - Drive the adoption of MLOps, responsible AI, and other modern AI engineering best practices across the IS&T organization. - Partner with business stakeholders to understand their AI needs and priorities, and translate them into robust technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and coaching to upskill the broader IS&T team on AI development, deployment, and responsible practices. - Collaborate with the Global Head of AI to ensure alignment between the enterprise AI strategy and the engineering roadmap. - Identify and champion new AI use cases that can drive business impact across the enterprise.
