As The Manager, Circle U, you will: - Contribute to the design and execution of program operations, curriculum, and logistics for effective implementation. - Play a critical role in project planning for the program, including strategy, timelines, and successful launch. - Design and facilitate impactful learning experiences and workshops for teacher and coach participants. - Use feedback and data to iterate and improve program design. - Provide coaching and support to teacher and coach participants, ensuring their professional growth through the program. - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, educators, and participants to foster trust and engagement. *As this is a new role, responsibilities may evolve or change in response to the needs of the organisation and program.
