QA and Testing Senior Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

The QA and Testing Senior Analyst is responsible for leading testing efforts and ensuring the quality of new and existing functionality for the Evernorth enterprise. This role will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design test cases, and drive the testing process. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills to effectively test applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans - Develop and execute test cases to validate new and existing functionality - Identify and document defects, track progress, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues - Analyze test results, make recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA analysts - Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote a culture of quality - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
