HIH - Software Engineering Associate Analyst

As a Software Engineering Associate Analyst at The Cigna Group, you will work on the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications that support our businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern technologies and frameworks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies - Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in software development - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# - Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js - Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices - Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud-based technologies - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and documentation skills
