We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team in Royston, Towcester, Sandy, and Royston. You will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring they provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment for our young people. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for delegating tasks, managing rosters, conducting supervision, and supporting the development of the team. You will play a key role in the implementation of care plans and the delivery of activities that promote the wellbeing and independence of the young people in our care. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a children's residential setting, as well as strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. You will be required to undertake training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills.
